1. Agreement & Acceptance
Welcome to YEAYBUDDY. By accessing or using our website, tools, health calculators, workout libraries, nutrition guides, and membership services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the website.
2. Health & Medical Disclaimer
All tools, calculations (BMI, BMR, TDEE, Calorie targets), exercise routines, and diet plans provided by YEAYBUDDY are designed strictly for general self-education and wellness habit building. They do NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new diet or exercise regimen, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
3. User Account Responsibilities
When creating a YEAYBUDDY account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your authenticated account session.
4. Subscription & Billing Terms
YEAYBUDDY offers a premium membership service (YEAYBUDDY Premium) with the following terms:
- Pricing: ₹299/month.
- Recurring Billing: The subscription auto-renews on a monthly basis until explicitly cancelled by the user.
- Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account dashboard under
/dashboard/my-plan/. - Effect of Cancellation: Cancelling auto-renewal prevents future monthly charges. You will retain full access to all Premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Refund Policy: Cancelling auto-renewal does not automatically issue a refund for the current paid billing period. For details regarding reviewable payment exceptions, please consult our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, formulas, and content on YEAYBUDDY are the intellectual property of YEAYBUDDY and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
YEAYBUDDY is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YEAYBUDDY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kerala.
